In general. Those numbers seem low for a lot of schools too.

Well I can't give you an answer "in general". For Clemson all of them at one point or another. With spots filling up less than that now

I mean, when Franklin was at Vandy they threw out 300 scholarships in Ga alone. I believe Bama offered like 200 in Ga alone the same year.

Some ACC teams with over 270 offers. More than any SEC team.

I would think almost all of them are commitable offers. The only offers that would be in question are the grade risks, prior injury risks, and stuff like that...where you have to wait and see if the player will actually be able to be on campus and play of they commit and take a scholly.

You would think that but lots of times, particularly out of state programs say you've got and offer but you have to visit our camp or our head coach has to approve before you can commit.
