Spot on. That is a perfect comparison. I do think Alabama is going to take a QB in this class, UGA won't. Lets say we happen to miss on Eason, where would you like to turn. Say we have the pick of the litter. Have you watched film on any other guys? I like Shea Patterson but Eason's film looks perfect for our offense.

Patterson would be a nice pull if we miss on Eason.
Someone CB'd him to Alabama not too long ago too, but his brother is on the Arizona staff. He's been committed to them for 2 years.
Jarrett Guarantano is a really good player too.

Not entirely a fair comparison. Stafford's parents were familiar with Richt when he was at Florida State. Both are FSU grads.

Texas is about 2000 miles close to Georgia than Washington is.

Eason plans on graduating in December 2015, wonder if he will set a commit date after these summer visits.

Eason has been a Dawgnight since last night and is apparently loving it. Both parents ended up decked out in UGA gear by the end of the day. With Alabama taking a QB in this class, combined with the pedigree of coaching QB's Richt and Bobo have, I think Eason lives in Athens for 3-4 years.

He is now staying until Sunday in Athens with 5* OT Ben Cleveland. Both are supposed to meet with Richt in his office this afternoon. Would not surprise me in the slighest if they both commit this weekend. UGA put on a damn show last night. Seriously could not have gone any better.
