Yeah, it's a retroactive composite of the services that existed then (Rivals, Scout, and ESPN I think)

UGA on a run.

The run is just beginning, too.

ETA: UGA likely lands at least 2 of the 4 out of Chigbu, Donte Jackson, Ledbetter, and Emanuel McGirt in the next couple of weeks. Could very realistically land all 4.

That would quite the haul. I think you guys get Chigbu for sure. It doesn't look like LSU is interested. LSU does, however, want Donte Jackson. It looks like he is really into UGA at this point, however, so he might pull the trigger today or tomorrow. We'll have to see. I like LSU's chances with Jackson if he doesn't commit to UGA in the next 48 hours.

We are in surprisingly good standing with Jackson and part of the reason I would say is former UGA player Bruce Figgins being his HS coach. That's not to say Figgins is pushing him to UGA, but it does help when you have a coach that is willing to drive you from Louisiana to Athens, GA. Can't say many others would be willing to make that drive, let alone with any regularity.

Cleveland > Eason

Cleveland is an absolute monster beast.

Well done.

AU was honestly the one school that concerned me with him. Your current staff seems to have the OL cooking with grease.

A lot of people are starting to believe Auburn is going to get Martez Ivey in this years recruiting class. Barton Simmons recently even crystal balled him to Auburn. That would eliminate any chance Auburn had of getting Ben Cleveland in next years recruiting class anyway

Didn't y'all just get a CB commit recently? How many are y'all planning to take this class?

Exactly. Because as we all know full well, AU runs an offense that's only predicated on having one 5 star OL at any one time. Come on man, it's like you aren't even trying any more.

Left tackle is where all the money is made for offensive lineman in the NFL because they protect the quarterbacks blind side. If the recruit is capable of playing it, I guarantee you college coaches sell offensive line recruits on playing that position over any other for those very reasons. Ivey and Cleveland could not both play left tackle for Auburn

Cleveland will play RT IYAM. He could develop into a LT, but he's
a mauler either way. I wanted to see him, Braden Smith, Ivey, Kim, Sharp and Carr/Harrell as our OL rotation in two years.

So, in short, you really didn't want Ben Cleveland. Got it.

Nope, but don't pretend like coaches don't lie all the time about playing times and positions to recruits.

Is it just me or does anyone think this guy may even be a UGA fan posing as an AU fan because it's so fantastic?

I wanted him, but Auburn will still be fine without him. Georgia still probably wont win anything with him. Richt had Stafford, AJ Green, and Knowshown Moreno all on the same team and still didn't win anything. Part of the reason Georgia is widely recognized as Underachiever U

What do you expect with guys like Rodney Garner and Willie Martinez coaching on the defensive side of the ball?
