On Charlot, he is at LSU today but has not been offered. I'm not sure he will be. Too many other WR's higher on the board.
Really think Bama took him to get an in with Mykel Jones, who in my opinion is better than Speedy Noil.

Are we going to hear this about every recruit Alabama takes that LSU doesn't offer? frick. Do you understand Louisana has a lot of talent, and LSU can't take them all? Damn bruh. Calm down. Charlot is talented, and I'm sure Bama took him because they think he can contribute, but he also gives a connection with an elite player, which could be the difference between offering a guy or not offering him.

I just don't see saban taking a players commitment just to get an "in" with a 2016 player. If they were a package deal, and this other kid is as good as you say, I could maybe see it.

I should've worded my post differently. The offered him because they think he's talented and can produce at the next level, but having that connection to Jones could've helped put him over the top.
