I don't like the IMG thing either. I wonder if they have a deal in place with these kids to guarantee representation once they become professional athletes.

Pretty sure that Gerald Willis has no chance to qualify. At least, LSU fans kept saying that he had no chance

Cam Sims didn't have a prayer to qualify neither per our LSU insiders. It's going to suck for him to go home after having been at Bama since January.

Probably not, but it certainly helps IMG get their brand in front of potential professional athletes early on.

Duke Williams would go to the NFL if he didn't sign and enroll at LSU, per LSU insiders.

The posts referring to LSU insiders are all tongue in cheek.

If they weren't, the following would be true:
- Duke Williams would be either at LSU, in the NFL, or hunted down by some gangsters.
-Tony Brown would be at LSU, Gerald Willis at LSU, and Speedy Noil at LSU. Heck, Landon Collins would already be at LSU.
- Cam Robinson is still planning on visiting LSU. Yes, he is already on campus at Bama.

I'm sure I am missing some, but you get the idea.

I read a quote saying that the coaches expected all to qualify and could possibly have all in for first summer session.

DE Dante Sawyer - headed to JUCO
TE/DE Kalan Ritchie - headed to JUCO

Waiting to hear a/b DE Dexter Wideman and JUCO DE Jhaustin Thomas.

So basically it's like we didn't even recruit for the DL last year.

did he even come close to qualifying? If not, that explains why most teams weren't on him hard for the most part.

I believe if a player is a non-qualifier out of HS they have to graduate from their JUCO.

That's my understanding as well... it's not impossible to graduate from a JuCO in three semesters, but it's probably not likely to happen from a guy who couldn't even qualify out of HS.

A Hill enrolled for summer and passed all his classes at UA that summer with As & Bs. They flagged him after the summer semester at UA was over for an online course they originally cleared him for the year before. That was the most screwed up situation I saw by the NCAA.

Bo transferred back in Jan IIRC. I guess he needed to replace grades, pull up grades, and maybe the only way he got to play football last fall.
