I appreciate it in heavy fog or blizzard conditions though.

I don't. Just turn your lights on. If they are broken then why are you driving in the rain in the first place. Flashing lights just makes me wonder if there are 20 women going in labor on the road with me.

I've only driven in a snowstorm, but not a blizzard. I should clarify... I hate snow in my hometown. If I am in Aspen, Lake Tahoe, or Vermont that's a different story.

But they're so GOOD!

They're crunchy, but moist at the same time. Kinda like a not done pickle...

Someone told me the other day that Jicama was similar to water chestnuts in texture so I doubt I would like them too.

Just a little FYI on 2014 All-American Tre Williams, I would be shocked if he doesn't go to Bama

I remember when he said something like Auburn was in front for him, but in the same conversation he said he loves Bama.

Bama might rack up instate in 2014, especially if EJ Moss lives up to his billing...

You do that. make sure you get 2 instate RB's as well. I just want LSU to wrap up Willis and Fournette in 14 and I'll be plenty happy.

I am talking the real thick stuff. You have seen those cars that have the bland little red rear lights. You can't see those so good until real close and the flashing lights are a good idea. Just saying

Bama will if Bo doesn't outgrow RB, which he might. He's such a legend instate already, he gets to use just Bo too. Then Bama is in on Yearby in Florida.

Willis doesn't want to follow Collins right? That should be all but a lock for LSU...

I like this post by Charles Powers:

quote:

I think you're starting to see UA expand it's footprint in South Florida, particularly Dade County as of late, with Cooper and Burns committed, then UA being the early leader for Yearby and highly touted teammate Dalvin Cook (who also plays RB). Needless to say, UA shouldn't have an issue getting a top RB in that cycle.

Tisk, tisk. Since you don't like water chestnuts, you prolly wouldn't like turnips. Crisp, but dry.

I've eaten all the way to poke salad as far as greens go...

Shoot, I can't say I've driven in worse, but have driven in similar. Just slow down. Emergency lights should be used if you are on the side of the road, have a pregger chick in the car going into labor, or if there is a serious emergency. Just my opinion though.

Nah it is common courtesy practice here in the mountains. You will almost always find we will stop and check on vehicles off the side of the road for safety reasons anyway. Most everyone drives slow here, but just what we do here. We haven't lost a pregnant lady yet.

Edit to add: Only in extreme fog and snow.

How is that possible that Bama is the leader for 2 highly touted RBs from the same school. Are they besties, or is Saban trying to collectively blow everyone's mind again?

Insane

The only festival centered around 1 thing I've ever been to is the Turpentine Festival in Portal, Georgia.

I can't remember much about it, so I guess it wasn't that good
