I'll say this; Chidi Valentine Okeke had a very similar issue with his ACT score. First score was garbage, second attempt was flagged as being too much of an increase (fricking communists). I don't really know the specifics but I think he took it again and was cleared to play this fall. I would assume the same result for Williams.

Yeah the rumor is his score jumped 11 points. I think it's horseshite too.

This happened with Desherrious Flowers. And he enrolled early. The kid passed his spring classes at Alabama and then the NCAA decided he was ineligible.
