Oh well, we got a good one against Mama's wishes a couple of years ago (Alex Collins), LSU lost one against Mama's wishes a couple of years ago (Collin's, wasn't it?), guess Mama is due to get her way sooner or later.

A&M passed on him, fwiw. Not saying he's not a great looking recruit - he is. But, for whatever reason, we quit recruiting him.

We already got the highest rated offensive lineman in Texas, I guess we'll take the no. 2 guy too.

TAM did pass early but just this month they were trying to get back in on him. He said no thanks. He remembered what they told him earlier in the cycle. Don't make it seem TAM completely passed. Initially yes but later no. Later he passed on them

He's just like Jamal Adams and a lot of other top talent in Texas. Every year they straight up tell A&M to get fricked and Aggy claims "they didn't want them"

They wouldn't trade 1 of their 17 WRs for Jamal Adams bro. That's their problem. That and no running backs. You need a running game to win in the SEC, I'm sure Chavis explained this to Sumin on day one, not sure he bought it though
