Only issue I have with it is that he intentionally led with his helmet. All the other shite is just part of football. Even the "celebrating" if that is what they want to call it. After a hit like that you don't look back at the guy you hit immediately to see if he is hurt, you are excited and you show it. I can understand that.

If he had not lowered his helmet way before contact or if the returner had dropped down and caused the helmet to helmet I would have no issue at all.

just a unbiased opinion

Which shows there wasn't a celebration which is what everyone was all upset over, an event that did not occur.

There was not a celebration there was jumping up and down after a large hit heading towards the sidelines.

This is common place in college football.

The people defending this hit are the same ones who were crying about Chad Jones knocking their WR's head off.

Chad Jones was the only one crying, on the field, after being laid the frick out by Joe Adams.

No, that is what Ware fussed over. Everyone is upset over the entire event. The celebration was just a thing. . .not the thing.

Why do you think they flag and fine players in the NFL for leading with the helmet? Because its dangerous for both players. Just because they were giving "110%" ,as you would say, doesn't make it any more acceptable.

You can't honestly think that was a fair catch signal

It was enough of a wave.

I have seen less motion on a FC call.

What do you suppose he was doing. . .as he was running towards a group of defenders to catch the ball?

This is silly. All this over a simple penalty? There was no "celebration". They called the penalty correctly and then over reacted and ejected a kid for no reason. It was a penalty and it was called.

This was barely a blip on the radar screen compared to the antics of Vandy and UGA who committed dirty plays intentionally. This was a case of a young player mis-timing a hit. Thats all.

The refs disagree with you as a FC was not called and Vandy advanced the ball.
