Mack with a year in college should be a force next year for sure. I think your LBs are easily the weakest part of your team though. As long as an offense can double Mack, no one is going to be afraid to run it up the middle on y'all. I don't know if that's just because you had injuries at LB last year or if they just aren't very good.

Your defense should continue to be a bright spot for y'all, I just don't see it being "bright enough" to win outright in the SECW.

I think we have some other guys inside who have the potential to step up and take pressure off Mack. We still need LBs behind them to make plays though

WR. We have well over 2000 receiving yards and 28 TDs from last season returning. Plus Keon Hatcher who was our starting X is back after missing almost all of last season. And Jared Cornelius missed half the season and still had 400 yards

Do y'all have white boy who caught like 12 TD coming back?

Texas A&M

Wide Reciever and Defensive Line

Arguably best WR corps in the league. 5-star WRs Christian Kirk (1009 yards and 7 TDs), Ricky Seals-Jones (1109 yards and 9 TDs), and Speedy Noil (809 yards 7 TDs) join Josh Reynolds (1749 yards 18 TDs). Lots of 4-star caliber depth too (Frank Inheanacho, Kemah Siverand, and Edward Pope).

Best Defensive End tandem in the country. Myles Garrett (5-star) and Daeshon Hall have 33 career sacks between the two. High 4-star caliber depth in Cunningham, Johnson, and Lockhart. Daylon Mack (5-star), Zaycoven Henderson, Hardreck Walker, and KeKe Kingsley (all 4-star) bolster Defensive tackle.

If we're talking 4-stars, you have to add freshmen Quartney Davis and Clyde Chriss-Leflore as well.

I didn't include them because the topic was "Spring" football. I don't believe they are on campus yet.

Even with Wilson gone, I still like our receivers.

I would say LB with WR and DL both pretty strong too.

Drew Morgan will sit out in the spring practices, but yes he will be back on the field come fall. He's a tough little man. Probably plays with more heart than anyone on the team.

Forgot Kelly threw the picks. 20/25 from Allen is a solid stat line.

Ok I googled and my findings are that TAMU's secondary is going to be mid tier at best IMO

That is really crappy research. A&M had 2 of the better Safties in the league in Armani Watts and Justin Evans. Both are likely draft picks. Donovan Wilson was one of the best DBs in the SEC. It will also be the second year within Chavis' defense.

Several very good upperclassman prospects are competing for the other positions: Priest Willis (5-star transfer from UCLA). Noel Ellis, Nick Harvey, Roney Elam, Larry Pryor, and Justin Dunning (if he doesn't spin down to linebacker) were all 4-star prospects. A&M will add some great prospects after this Spring too. The talent will be on par or better than any secondary outside of Bama and LSU.
