Alabama is the only SEC team to win the Triple Crown (1933-34).
LSU has won NCs in the big three, but not in the same year.

I would say one of LSU's best years was 1986

if you only could play baseball. i am not dissing in any way, the premier university in the state of florida being mediocre in baseball most years is just mind boggling to me. i think it would be awesome if UF got consistenty good and the east became a power in college baseball. join USC and, i guess vandy (hard to accept them so far)

UGA made the Final Four Spring of 83, so it was the academic year that we played Penn State for the national title and lost. No clue on the other sports that year, but a Final Four and a #2 football finish is a good start.
