I'll see if I can find pics then. Pretty sure it was 2014 Tennessee vs SC. My current in laws posted pics on facebook laughing at how empty it was.

Well, if aggy would put up any semblance of a fight in Tiger Stadium (dare I say actually win there), you'd probably see the stadium come alive.

It's a long term strategy, lose for 5 years and then BAM, catch you off guard and

lose again

I can't recall ever seeing Carolina's stadium empty either. Charlie Strong did an interview when he was here in Louisville where he talked about how well y'all turned out even in that '99 season.

well just a quick google and low and behold here is a thread on this exact game, with you saying it was because of the snow

LINK

you did call them shitty fans, though. So good for you for being consistent!

Oh yeah I remember that day. Earliest recorded snowfall in South Carolina history. Literally the opposite of "too hot"

Dude you mention snow in a sentence here and the state shuts down. I don't get it either.

Some lame excuses in here. That's a pathetic effort by LSU fans.

Can y'all not bring your own bottle of water into the stadium?

No we can not. And the stadium ran out of cold water mid way through the second quarter. Then they started charging for cups of ice.

Also, 108? Lol

The daytime high was 94, but with 80% humidity and sitting in the sun, the real feel temperature was well over 100 degrees. The people that could stand the heat stayed, but it was rough on the families with young kids and the older crowd.

However, our "empty" stadium was still around 80k, which would pack Williams-Brice.

Well sorry we don't have fricking Wisconsin weather here normally.

If we're having a good season and it's that cold, it would still be noticeably sparse in some areas. A lot of people will easily choose a big screen tv, plus heat, plus freedom to drink alcohol and smoke over going to a cold arse game during a rebuilding year.

Sorry, not sorry.

this is a post from you in that thread

give me a fricking break with pointing fingers about fans leaving early

and another one

"Hey it snowed this morning. Want to go sit in metal stands tonight for a game starting at 7:30?"

The snow deterred people from coming at the start. The cold caused others to leave early. We just aren't used to that kind of weather during football games.

I'm not laughing at them about leaving early. I'm laughing about them leaving early because it was "too hot"

They left because they were sucking arse and they missed a damn good comeback.

I remember many thousands of Aggies clearing out last Thanksgiving before the game ended. Or many Bammers hitting the exits when Ole Miss went up bigly back in 2015. And neither of those games had people passing out from heat

I don't care if you think Kyle field is overrated
