No, not surprising at all. Every team has a starting receiver quit after the first game!

If you get buried in depth chart even a bit too much to see a shot at the NFL, then you leave the team and go somewhere else. He's just quitting football? I think something real messed up happened in his personal life.... human beings are complicated as heck. I can't really fathom this...

Is no one else surprised by the shockingly correct grammar in his tweets? It almost doesn't seem like him. Although it almost has to be since he's getting retweeted by other players.

It's his senior year and it's too late to transfer and he's not an NFL player. That said, he was contributing at Bama so I'm surprised he didn't finish out the season

He wasn't a scrub that never played. Not sure if he was a starter, but he was playing a good bit.
