Not really. It's impossible for Alabama to get excited about playing a has been program that is financially destitute, who hasn't beaten Bama in a decade and coached by a lesbian named Lyle. UT is the definition of irrelevant and Lyle is not the coach to pull y'all out of bottom dweller status. I like the optimism though.

Oh my gosh this offseason is going to be insufferable.
The melt when Tennessee starts 3-4 again then wins their last five to get the fans all excited again is going to be glorious.

All of you all have terrible memories.
This offseason every TN fan but Phil and Serranuex predicted 8-4 and 9-3.
We did start off slow but finished guess what exactly where we thought.
This offseason will be the FIRST offseason that the majority of TN fans will be talking SEC championship and 10+ wins.
This rebuild has gone at the exact pace I thought it was going to and it is set to explode into the stratosphere in 2016.

I'm expecting nothing short of 10 wins and a spot in the SECCG in 2016. VOLS are ready for the big time now

Honestly I'm not trying to knock you guys. You ain't winning anything with Butch as your coach he's basically Coordinator in wolf clothes. This we're young narrative only goes so far year after year. Everything was set up for you guys to win the East this year, and you chit your pants. Hell you weren't even the best team in Tennessee majority of season.
