Bama's D couldn't stop Ole Miss. The NFL would destroy them like they do 99% of their players drafted.

There is a history of college all star vs NFL teams

college all stars won 9 times in that time period with the last win coming in 1963. So the College All stars lost more than they won, and the nfl champion had a 13 year run(12 game winning streak), and they quit playing.
All of this happened before my time, but it seems to me that the NFL game was always better, but made this game a complete no contest in the early 60's and there is no way any modern college team wouldn't get blown off the field by any NFL team.

If OP means the SCHEME, then... no idea. Not sure how well it would work in transition.
If OP means the players, as they are now, transitioned onto an NFL squad... NO. There's a couple who will likely start next year on an NFL defense, but even that includes a full off season of training, learning, etc.
If you're saying that all 11 starters will eventually be on an NFL 2-deep somewhere, and THEN put them together as a defense and see how they work out... maybe. While not often, sometimes a backup is better than the person in front of them, and sometimes the backup is better than the starter at a lot of other places.
