Not a troll, just was curious. Kiffin obviously does not fit in well at Bama with how Saban wants to play and Butch is not exactly inspiring Rocky Top. Kiffin is annoying, but I'll admit I was worried when he was at UT that he was going to make them a powerhouse. He was recruiting very well and was competitive in games without a very talented team at the time. Had he stayed, they would be in much better shape than they are now. If you could Vols fans, would you trade Butch for Kiffin at the end of the season? Still feel y'all are hiring Fuente away from winning the East next year with the talent you will have.

I misread the title and thought it said "Black Kiffin." I was like, "what on earth does that mean?"

Then I thought of this:

He made Jonathon Crompton some money.

He went from shite to at least being drafted in the 5th round by the Chargers because Kiffin started rolling him out of the pocket.

Say what you will, I think Kiffin is better coach and I don't get the tears the local fans here have for it. Guy left for a job he felt stronger ties to. Suck it up.

Solid take, if Kiffen hadn't splooged on UT's face most fans would walk over Butch's brick wall to welcome him home....

I do. The timing of his move set back the program five years because the AD wouldn't hire a stop gap.

Sure why not? I mean it worked out so well the 1st time, why shouldn't Tennessee give him another chance?.....
