Actually not. If I am not mistaken, the Islamic god, Allah has no son. The Christian God has a Son. There are other differences, but this is not the time or the place to get into all of that.

I've studied the Qu'ran and Islam pretty moderately. I can assure you that Christianity, Islam, and Judaism worship the same God, even if they do so in drastically different ways.

Actually, he is correct. Allah is their word for "God" and on top of that, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism are all Abrahamic religions.
