Bringing back Tulane would boost the academic prestige of the conference and Louisiana would finally be contributing something to the conference.

UForfeit would whine about it, but UCF is a huge school that could compete immediately with some resources.
I can see them being a long shot add if the conference were to go to 16 teams.
