I am denying your undeniable fact, because it is in fact deniable.

Having the Iron Bowl at Talladega would be awesome.
I'd have a NASCAR race going at the same time. That would be Alabama Heaven.

So this will beat Notre Dame's 120,000 at Soldier Field in Chicago in the 1920s....by 40,000?
Is this really sold out to the tune of 160,000?
yes
I hope it's broadcast on BBC and ESPN UK.
They already think we are nuts for for the Big House and Beaver Stadium, tOSU, Neyland...and attendance figures you'd see for World Cups or FA Finals...for amateurs? College kids? Your local school? Inter-scholastic friendly?
The rest of the world will shite its pants seeing a Kentucky Derby crowd, World Cup, Motor Sports at a collegiate event.

Or quotes from your athletic director?

Reserves balances are not the only metric, if you ever left your mommy's basement, you'd know that.

Reserve funds are based on what's left over after the all the bills are paid, thus why all of us with functioning brain cells laugh our collected asses off when you idiots start " revenue" threads.

I thought this was an awesome idea until I actually saw the field superimposed on the midfield. Endzone seats normally suck, but 5x as bad at a nascar track.

That's why I was shocked it was sold out.
I figured nobody would sit at each end.
Tickets must have been free or get a free beer and hot dog.
It makes no sense. Most regular football stadiums are too far away. This is like bird watching or BYOT...bring your own telescope.

And Hamilton dug a hole by overpaying everyone he ever employed, we have paid off his debts, finally, and now, more of the revenue can go into the reserve. You do realize that income is important, do you not?
I make exponentially more money than you, but when I bought a beach house, my reserve funds dwindled. You, well your parents, may have had more money in their mutual funds than me for a year or 2, but I own a fricking beach house, and now that it's paid off, my reserve funds are once again STACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKED.

I don't understand why Vols&Shaft argues with you over this. It's a verifiable fact that UTk is fricking poor.

Can assure you they weren't. Nor is there any free beer or hot dogs.

Pretty much the reason I'm not going. There is going to be a 4 sided jumbotron suspended in the middle of the field (it's fricking massive), so at least they'll be able to see the game, even if they can't see the field.

Ah Jerry World experience on a bigger scale.
So you're there to watch it on TV.
(For those it will just be the tailgate experience I suppose)

It'll only be an issue if you're seated in the turns, in the grandstands it's no different than sitting on the upper deck of Neyland.
