your question has been answered to the best of my ability. this is a message board where sports fans gather to discuss their respective teams. Are you simply being purposefully obtuse, or do you genuinely not understand the question?

I'd rather beat our true rival, South Carolina.

Any rational football person knows LSU is a cut above A&M.

Yes, but Alabama is two cuts above.

That is my answer, Alabama.

I'm on the SEC Rant surrounded by like minded individuals and friends. Why would I be upset?

because the last 4 meetings has been us skull fricking them.

You're either (a) a liar, (b) in need of an operational definition, or (c) misguided about our recent match-ups.

I'm not one to qualify a loss; but I'd bet that few (any?) folks outside of Baton Rouge would qualify each of those four losses as "skull frickings."

I'll certainly concede that LSU has had iur number as of late, but you're kinda ... intense?

OP, don't let them lie to you. They're desperate for a win over LSU. They were looking for some sort of retribution in baseball, but that didn't happen either. The board reeks of their aggy butthurt, and it's glorious.

cas4t, I'd love a win over LSU this year.
But I'll take a win over a top-ranked Alabama over a lesser-ranked LSU.
Or vice versa--whichever helps us the most.
Hopefully we'll end up with both.

Losing to LSU feels the same as LSU losing to Arkansas. It's sickening. Overall, we want to beat Bama. To be the best we have to beat the best.

Tell that to month number 5 of LSU's melt. There cannot be a single A&M thread that mentions without the mention of recent head to head match ups. I've never seen such a large group of sensitive people with a need for approval.

Sure we really really want to beat LSU over Bama.

We know Chavis was let go to bring in big bad Steele.

Of course LSU isn't running out of money. Those silly creditors don't know what they're talking about.

So you're saying if a&m had won the last 4 against LSU they'd just keep that to themselves? Am I to understand that your position on recent head to head matchups is that they're irrelevant in terms of bragging rights, historical context, and proficiency on the gridiron?

Texas A&M is 6-5 over LSU in the past 11 games.

Since joining the SEC A&M has winning records over Arkansas, Ole Miss, Mississippi St, Auburn, & Vanderbilt. DId you know that? Maybe, but probably not. Know why? Because we don't feel the need to bring it up every thread. But keep on keeping on. I know you need the attention.
