Fanin would have been a beast if he could have held on the ball. He'd make a great special teams player at the next level.

Tommy Trott dropped damn near every pass I saw thrown to him. Lutz's flawless athletic ability appears to have messed with your memory... Neiko Thorpe is definitely the worst 4 year starter ever. Period. Just another bust from that fantastic 2008 class.

Chris Capps single handily cost Alabama the Iron Bowl in 2006. Two turnovers on our own 20-yard line led directly to 14 of Auburn's 22 points that night.

Capps was the worst player I have ever seen on a college football field, and I have watched multiple DII games.

I remember seeing Brandon Avalos at Cobb Theaters right after it opened. He looked like he was trying to hook up with what seemed to be 13 year old girls.

I still get a kick from that thread "look at HATCH'S stats at Harvard! Should we have kept him?!?"

I don't seem him as a bad starter. He was brought in to hand the ball off to McFadden in Nutt's system.

Nutt brings Malzahn in for a more balanced offense. The offense worked when he was allowed to do it. Mustain and Casey switched a lot all year. Casey had to play against some very tough defenses in USC, LSU, Florida, and Wisconsin.

Year 3 Malzahn leaves and Nutt goes more to the Wildcat with McFadden at QB, or when Casey is at QB he hands it off to McFadden.

Year 4 under Petrino. He had developed pretty well. Made some good throws. First year actually being a QB.

I wonder how well he could have developed if he was able to develop more under Petrino.

And secondly. EVERY year he was at Arkansas they had a new offensive coordinator. That is hard to year in and year out learn a new system.

Arkansas fans might not like him, but I respect him. Also he is one of the only Arkansas QB's of recent not to do drugs, or was smart enough not to get caught. Jones... Mustain... Mallett..
