State has never won a championship in any sport. They have been close a few times but never get over the hump. I think State is better than South Carolina right now but the hangover of beating UCONN is what scares me.

I was going to say the bitches won but actually both teams mascots would be bitches so they couldn't really lose.

I agree with this.
Of course I want USC to win, but I'm much more happy that UConn lost. If y'all win on Sunday, so be it. You'd have definitely earned it.

She's from MS and has been promoting MSU through the whole tournament on GMA or so I'm told. Was ringing a cowbell one morning. There was a group from MSU at GMA during spring break or something. May be more to it but that's all I know.
I agree with the post UCONN hangover, but getting to play against SC, who we lost to twice in what was effectively 2 hard fought home games for SC should negate that. From a motivational standpoint (other than the final 4 and getting to play for a national championship), we couldn't have had a better draw in the final 4 with UCONN and SC.

Robin also showed her support for MSU when her nephew Lawrence Roberts played basketball at State from 03-05. He was a 2nd round draft pick in the NBA.

I don't think the rant has ever been this United. Happy for both State and Carolina!!! And glad to see the mighty UConn go down.
