the only way it doesn't happen is if there's a franchise QB available and I honestly don't see one out there.

It's a lot better QB draft next yr

Teddy Bridgewater
AJ McCarron
Aaron Murray
Zach Mettenberger

Just to name a few...

It'll be Clowney unless it's a team that really, really needs a QB and thinks there's a franchise QB in the class. But Cyrus will likely be top 10.

Yeah, I agree. As it does every year, it just depends on the draft order and team needs, but it's very hard to pass up on a game changer like Clowney when he's available, no matter what your team needs.

Agreed they got the best DE prospect I had rated highest in this draft with Ziggy Ansah

Doubt they get the 1st pick though

there's no chance that happens, but I'd fap if they got clowney

I only did that because they've drafted 3 DL the last 4 drafts in the first round, sort of like their pattern of WRs in the 2000s (Rogers, Roy, and Mike Williams)

I don't consider any of those to be worthy of the #1 pick, but that's just me. If I were a GM, I'd take my chances with Clowney before drafting any of these guys

Bridgewater would've been the 1st pick this yr if he could've come out

Aaron Murray would've been as well if he came out (Cheifs wouldn't have traded for Alex Smith, that move was prompted by the lack of QB talent in this draft)

AJ would've been a top 5 pick and will likely be next yr

Bridgewater should've came to Alabama so he could've thrown to his high school teammate Amari Cooper!!!!!!!!!.

LSU staff actually turned down Bridgwater and his teammate Rogers. Big mistake, but now we have Jennings and I like his game more.
