Roll Tide! Save the spirit of college football for all of us! This will be your "FINEST HOUR"!
The clip leaves out the "never has so much depended on the success of so few" part but the message is still very clear.

So, basically you are comparing tomorrow's Iron Bowl with a failed mission, about which most people completely forgot for 30 years.
Kind of an appropriate reference, actually.
BTW, the real hero of the real life story was Ken Mattingly (played by Gary Sinise in the movie) - the astronaut who was scrubbed from the mission because they thought he had been exposed to measles, and who ultimately figured out how to conserve enough power to make the re-entry of the crippled spacecraft possible.
Guess where he went to college?

We know you are dumbasses. It's in Tuscaloosa. You kind of have to unless you want to forfeit. Oh wait...you're playing Cam. I guess you do want to forfeit lol

Sorry, not even close . . .
I was simply pointing out where the quote (somewhat paraphrased) originated.
PS. They were ALL heroes . . .
