Since LSU starts @ UCLA, how many of you will tune in when they play Hawaii Saturday? The fact UCLA will have already played a game (and are at home) is why I'm picking them to upset LSU.

I was picking LSU but didn't realize UCLA would already have a game under their belt. Not sure I will change my mind but...

Hopefully UCLA trashes them.

The talent and size we have should translate to a comfy win but I hope they at least turn out to be a quality opponent.

Combo of this and interest in our game against them.

Listen, I'm going to watch every game this Saturday, including staying up to watch Southern Utah vs San Jose St and it has nothing to do with me being a fan of any of those teams.

So, yes, I'll be watching Hawaii/UCLA. Football can't get here soon enough.

That and Illinois-Nebraska will be decent watches. Both Scott Frost and Chip Kelly need a strong season. Plus it'll be ol' Bert's return as a Head Coach

Don't lie. You love you some San Jose St. I know why.

Since Hawaii is a good enough opponent that UCLA won't be able to go Vanilla mode, LSU will have game film to pick apart. UCLA will have nothing to look at because both coordinators are new.

Ok I will spot you the 4 points for a bottle of booze, winners choice has to be $100 or less! You on?

Of course we're gonna watch. Gotta scout the opponent and chart plays for coach.

This is true. But, watching game film is no substitute for playing the game. UCLA 31 LSU 28

Yeah. I'll take that bet. I drink either Woodford Reserve or Knob Creek bourbon. How about you?

I am in wait and see mode for the LSU offense. Thinking decent to very good somewhere. But our D, especially the D line... UCLA isn't scoring 30 anything and their QB will get smashed. Over and over and over again.

You are a man with good taste sir!!!

By the way, I am a southerner born and bred, if I make a bet and lose it, I pay it off. I hope you are the same! Only made two other bets on here one I lost and one I won and both bets were paid off. Your a Bama boy, so all kidding aside y’all are honorable so the bet is on!

Knob Creek another delicious bourbon!
