I went to Ole Miss, my siblings went to Ole miss, my parents went to Ole Miss, my grandparents went to Ole Miss, my great grandparents went to Ole Miss. My daughter can go to an Ivy or Ole Miss. I would be open to Stanford or another equivalent school I guess. She will be so brainwashed by the time she's old enough it really won't be a problem.

I am not exactly sure why you would want your daughter to go to Ole Miss. If I had a son that wasn't too bright, I'd send him there to do work on some tail, but I would never send my daughter there.

My daughter can go to any school she wants as long as they are a decent school. I don't want to pay for a crap education from a crap school.

My wife and I both went to Auburn. We watch the games with my kids and occasionally go to campus to watch a game and hang out. However, I've made it clear to both of mine that they need to pick THEIR own school for reasons other than football and friends. Have a plan of study and career and go to the college that best suits those goals.

My kids know if they want a free education, the have to either go to Florida, or to a Texas school. If they get a scholarship, then they can go anywhere they want. My second wants Notre Dame- I'm just not going to throw money on the garbage can like that. You get as good education many places paying a lot less. If she wants ND, she has to get a free ride, or money to offset the difference. I will not let her get in debt for her education.

I have an ultrasound picture of my youngest giving a Gigem in the womb. Seriously though, my parents live in CS and I take my kids to a ton of Aggie sports beyond just football. I need to keep it up as we live in Austin. My eldest is a Johnny Football fanatic, last week I came in the house and he was just watching the replay of the Bama game on his own, he's 9. My youngest I actually worry about a little because he has some rebel in him. I just want to make sure he doesn't want to do something different just to be different.
In all seriousness though, it's going to be really tough for either of my kids to get in to A&M in a decade or so and I'm not going to stress about it.

what if you kid got an ATHLETIC scholarship to only your rival... could you bring yourself to wear those colors?
While this sounds like a terrible possibility, the reality is that we're all SEC fans. If one of our kids got an offer from our rival, it wouldn't be their only offer. Because if they're good enough to get an offer from LSU, Arbin, Bama, UGA, Florida, they're good enough to get an offer from pretty much anywhere.

My future kid/kids can go where ever they want, but I will not pay for MSU, LSU, Bama, Auburn or Tennessee.

I will heavily suggest the University of Kentucky (and they'll be around it all the time between watching games and etc) but I'd want my kid to go where they'd be happy. If that's not UK then so be it. And yes, I'd pay for them to go elsewhere if that's what they choose.

Obviously they are a bunch of damn racists at Utah State because I failed to see a single African American in the entire video.
My girls - they were never brainwashable. They are all Gamecock fans, but they all went to different schools.
My son, he's a Gamecock fan to the bone but I started him early with music and reading while he was still in his Mamma's belly.
