No, it is a nationwide ruling, as far as the 17 private schools are concerned.

Then you go state by state for public schools, you have to look at the state law and see if the state government has to recognize union organizing. Mississippi says no. Nebraska and Nevada, and most northern states say yes.

Does Louisiana recognize the teacher's union, for example?

Ok, cool. Thanks. It wasn't Clay though, so no one send the gay Muslim any more hate mail than normal. It was Brent Daugherty who does a radio show with Clay.

Brent probably didn't realize the difference and/or neglected Vandy while talking about its impact on the SEC due to being the only private school in the conference.
