The last thing either team needs is a distraction, so could this affect the way Alabama plays on Saturday?

I hope not.

Well considering there's still a 90% chance JFF does something equally as stupid that creates a distraction for A&M, I'd say its still gonna be an even playing field

Nah. There is really not much you can do about agents. I don't even see how Bama gets in trouble over this.

Last year when the Ags beat the Gumps, they blamed it on playing LSU a week earlier.

This year when the Ags beat the Gumps, they will blame it on this "distraction".

If I were A&M, I'd rather not have this happen right now. It was already going to be ugly.

What distraction?
Nothing to see, move along.

You seriously think ESPN and the other networks would let Bama get put on probation and out of bowls? Nothing will happen.

Could go either way. Distraction or they rally amongst themselves, kinda like 2010 for Au, although the player in question isn't on the team anymore.

Im with the Nino. Cant say that it will hurt any of the emotional state of the players but certainly won't help either. IMO
