If so, then who would you think would be best to join?
I'd want Oklahoma and Virginia Tech

No.

We are initiating a soccer division style system, where we relegate the bottom two teams to the Big Ten. This should help stimulate competition.

I don't think they will...but those would be at or near the top of my list. I also wouldn't mind having NC State, WVU or UVA...but those, along with VA Tech would be behind Oklahoma.

No. Next move will be when Big 12 GOR expires.

It's big enough, if you add two more you might as well separate it into 2 conferences

I wouldn't mind dropping two and going back to easier conference scheduling

If the BIG12 can't hold up I can see them targeting OU and maybe another from that conference.

Nothing happens until 2024 at the earliest.

Add UVA and Virginia Tech. Add both to the east division, move Missouri to the west division.

Those would be good additions but I worry they would embarrass the SEC routinely.

Florida State and Louisville would be better, IMO.

Probably not.
UNC and UV would be nice. All the flagships of the south.

Oklahoma a no go. They're just a lap-dog for Texas. Nobody wants Texas. I see Virginia Tech and NCST.

I think FSU is wishful thinking, don't see that happening. Virginia Tech & North Carolina would be my picks.

They won't expand....but if they did I would go for Duke and UNC. Put us over the top in Basketball and increase our smarts. Not to mention expand the footprint.

When you're the best pop warner player in kindergarten, why would you want to leave and go straight to varsity?
