I still say someone associated with MSU tried to pay Cecil he got cold feet told Cam to go somewhere else as not to jeopardize his eligibility.

This thread has merit. I like Cam now (big panthers fan) but when fans of other conferences talk shite about ncaa/sec they point out auburn and cam. If they hammer johnny hangover it will finally put them in the clear.

I agree 100% with this; but what I, probably every other non Au fan, believe is that Cam lied about having no knowledge that his old man was shopping him around. That is the loophole that was used to keep him eligible.

You must have forgotten that ESPN also made Cam out to be a scum bag trouble maker that was arrogant and not a leader and wouldn't translate to the NFL.
I don't think the NCAA is hurt by Cam - I think ESPN is hurt by Cam. Tried to ruin a guy that turns out to be one of the classiest, best leaders, performers, the NFL has seen in quite some time. Don't take my word - just read what the Panther locker room says about him. ESPN = FAIL
