IMO neck should be played after every touchdown, before big plays, after every win in football, hoops and baseball.
we could play it right after the game as sort of a better rammer jammer.
in baseball we could start playing it after every run, I can see it now 10k white people bouncing out of sync and screaming suck that tiger dick bitch as we put up runs in baseball.
