I always enjoy watching the Blue Mist surround the fans whose team is losing in the final minutes and start asking for their tickets.
They don't even wait till the game is over. Pure misery to get hawked by a cigarette smoking UK scalper when your team is losing.

The smart ones won't tell you they're a UK fan until after they buy your shite.

Well, UF fans aren't gonna travel... and someone's gotta watch the games, right?

I'll bet Mizzou brings a strong contingent to Nashville.

Usually the SEC tournament is a hot ticket here in Nashville, but with the conference being so down this year, people are having a hard time even giving them away right now. You'll be able to find tickets from losing team's fans lying on the ground outside Bridgestone.

I've been to Rupp 6 times now. Always fun, great fans, nice town. The people are very friendly and really know basketball, great hosts and good hospitality. The blue "fans" that travel to the SEC tourney are by far the trashiest and rudest people you will see annually in any SEC environment. Its really sad if you know the actual graduates and long time fans and then have to see the dirt road trash show up and claim to be of the same cloth..... Talk about going from the country club to the trailor park.

Every school has a mixed bag of fans with an element of the good, bad and ugly. But even though I am a Vandy fan and my testimony could be challenged, I still believe it is correct to say that Vandy has a very small element of the unruly fans. This is in no small measure due to the fact we only have a dependable fan base of 40k to 50k to begin with, and it was less than that before Franklin arrived. It is growing, however.
