Top 5 (pre-bowl games) ratings next year:

Bama/LSU
ND/USC
Bama/A&M
A&M/LSU
LSU/Georgia

That's pretty much a lock.

The fact that you use Bama as your fan tag is the very proof as to why Bama will continue to pull higher ratings than aTm. Bama is currently the New York Yankees of college football. People either hate us right now, or have jumped on the bandwagon. But either way, they'll still tune in and watch it. Plus Bama will be in the SECGC and BCSCG, so we'll have that going for us.

Oh, Sorry. I remember now. You were being reasonable and I will too. LSU beat A&M for no other reason than LSU played better and was a better football team that day. Period. No ifs ands or buts.

Sorry for the confusion. Carry on.

Depends on a hundred different factors. But the bottom line is, who gives a shite? They'll both have way higher ratings than UT though fwiw.

Something to remember is A&M was getting larger and larger shares from the Texas market last year and that is only going to go up next season with the Big LOL having very few compelling matchups. Pulling in big shares in DFW, Houston, and Austin (even sips can't help but watch, even if it is to scream for us to die) generates a ton of ratings.

JFF is the key for this year though, random dude in Seattle wants to watch him play even if he hates him.

I'm well aware of his posting style. That still doesn't change the fact that my post was accurate. The fact that he feels the need to attempt to rustle the jimmies of Bama fans constantly is proof that Bama is king. I thought LSU was supposed to be aTm's new SEC rival? Yet he, and several other Aggies, seem to be very obsessed with Bama.

Don't get me wrong. I understand why. Bama is king right now. It is a huge deal that aTm beat Bama last year. And that is why we will continue to draw the higher ratings.

Then you understand the real reason, and it's not the other BS you spewed

You could make the argument that y'all are obsessed with us, actually. Goes both ways.

I know that's the purpose of the thread, but I really don't care about TV ratings, tbh.

Yes. And those hoping for Johnny Manziel to have a poor season will be sadly disappointed.

There are alot of things JFF is on the field and a bitch is not one. Heisman stiffarms yes. Chasing a guy down 80 after a fumble and smashing the ball out and then also chasing down the guy that got it and tackled him. Breaking ever record as a fresh.

Not so much a bitch though.
