Y'all saw what Auburn did to him right? What makes everyone think he'll have better luck against Alabama?

No, he is over hyped from the UGA performance. I'm saying he gets 75 yards saturday.

This is gonna be a good one. Physical D vs. Physical back.

Auburn has a stellar Rush D and Bamas is prob better so they`ll probably crush him. However, I have no idea how their o-line is now. They were pretty beat up when they played us.

Hate to say it but, Ridley>Lattimore

Our O-Line was without two starters v Auburn, but both should be back this weekend. With that said, I still think Lattimore has somewhere between 75-100 yards on 20 carries or fewer. We are going to have to pass the ball to have a chance to win.

GAMErebelCOCK... eff the Giants.

I think he'll have a respectable 70-85 yds.But no way he runs wild.I thought Bama would be beat up and tired after Arkansas and Florida but that's not the case.I don't think.jmho.

Alabama = 3.44 ypr

100/3.44 average = 30 rushes to get over 100 yards.

Sothern Miss, AU, and Furman held him under 100 yards, and he only averaged 15 rushes per game. It took him 37 rushes vs. Georgia to get his numbers, and there's no frickin way he'll have the stamina to carry that many times vs. Alabama.

Tauren Poole will get 100 this year.

Cam Newton will get his yards too.

Bama's is good, but so far, Auburn's has been better.

Auburn 12th in the nation in rush defense
Alabama 19th in the nation in rush defense

Only Lsu is in the top 20 with both and they're at 6th.

South Carolina is ranked 41st in rush defense, so I'm liking Bama's chances of controlling the clock and keeping Lattimore on the bench alot. Thus making them have to pass more. I don't think he'll get 100 on us Saturday. If I had to guess a team that would break the streak of a 100 yd rusher, at this point, I'd say Lsu and if not them, then Auburn.

Is this even a question? Give Ridley a decent passing game and he'd be in the conversation with Ingram; he's that good. It's a shame his play has been overshadowed by the complete ineptness of the rest of the offense.

Doubtful he goes over 100. He had 33 yards against AU while averaging just over 2 YPC.

Even though we are 4 games in, no one really knows how good USC's defense is against the run. Furman and Southern Miss run Texas Tech style passing offenses -- and fell behind early -- so they hardly tried to pass. Cam Newton ran all over us, but that was mostly on bad reads by our defense on the read option -- which is a play Bama rarely runs.

The only straight up running attack we faced was UGA. They got stuffed -- but yeah, maybe UGA's offensive line is not as good as everyone thought it was.

I expect our D-line to do a pretty good job holding down Ingram and Richardson -- certainly much better than 2009. Having Travian Richardson back at DT is huge. On the other hand, our linebackers are a weak spot, and we need a better scheme in the secondary where missed assignments and soft 3-deep zones have been a problem. And as good as Richardson and Ajiboye are, we have little quality depth behind them. Bama can wear them down if our offense can't stay on the field.

On Lattimore rushing for a 100+ -- I dunno. Auburn sold out on the run and Nick Fairly blew up our interior line. This opened up the passing game. Garcia, Jeffery and Gurley had a big day.

Alabama is not going to sell out against the run. They will make us prove we can run block. In passing situations they will bring pressure, as Garcia is prone to giving up sacks -- scrambling and fumbling.

We have hope because we have a balanced offense. The catch is Bama is probably good enough to stop the run without selling out as Auburn did. That means they can try to protect their secondary which seems to be their only vulnerability.

Not trying to flame to the USC fans, but there's no way that M.Lattimore runs for over 75 yards on Bama's D. Kirby Smart will force Garcia to pass then the trainwreck will begin.

I hope you are right, but from what I saw last weekend...It makes me wonder if Bama could hang with some of the bottom feeder NFL teams. They are so well coached it's scary.
