Nope. I wouldn't worry about them. Completely depleted roster. No talent beyond the first rounders that are gone. Kelly is in big trouble.

It's like all you people know more than us OM fans. Without breaking down why we won't suck, OM who is not a media darling is in everybody's top 15 after actually breaking down who they return into of having this "ol baw, they lost errnody" general outlook. Swag will put up better numbers than last year.

Our defense will be better than last season ... Don't know if it'll be as elite as it was in 2014 but if it is we can win a lot of games.

Serious answer...

Treadwell was great but we are soooo deep and talented at WR... It's sick..

There will be no drop off with our OL... We played half the season last year without the best OT in football and had no problem, including beating the national champs at their house... We are returning guys with game experience.

A shittier defense?? We will be the deepest in Freeze's tenure at DL... Our D-line will be stout af....

Kelly's numbers have no reason not to get better. Hell last year was his first year learning our offense...

My reasoning had nothing to do with who you lost.
I think you're ignoring the elephant in the room here. Hugh Freeze is going to be suspended and handed a show cause. He may be fired. Even if he isn't fired, and is just suspended for four games or so, Ole Miss is toast.

And that's just one of the 5 coaches you guys have caught up in this mess.

ETA: It amazes me that you Ole Miss fans refuse to see the forest for the trees in this ordeal.

Arkansas fans know damn well how badly a team can suffer when there is an off-field scandal, and Ole Miss is caught smack dab in the middle of the biggest one I've ever seen. Well, other than the Penn State thing, that is.

Ole Miss is fu(ked.

I think he'll have a good year but not as many yards as in 2015. For one thing, he replaces Fresno State (346 yards) with Florida State and New Mexico State (384 yards) with Georgia Southern. He loses a first round left tackle and other starting linemen. He loses Treadwell who was particularly good at wrestling the ball from DB's when Kelly would just toss it up. He won't get 130 yards from a bounce off a helmet and 3 linemen six yards downfield.

He'll be closer to 4,000 total yards. Still a really good SEC season.

No, I don't. I couldn't care less. Arkansas has no problem beating them anyways. I was just responding to the question to the best of my ability (which is considerable).

Loosing King Tunsil hurts but I think overall our OL may be better this year, especially interior linemen.

Only question marks right now is MLB and Safety. We lost Robert but get TC back so will likely be better especially in pass coverage.

Long story short, I think you don't know too much about the Rebels. The D will take a big hit NEXT year though with potentially 7 or so leaving.

In other words, your biggest question mark on defense is your most important defensive player (safety).

means absolutely nothing at this time of year. pre season ratings are mostly garbage.

it must suck to be relegated to bragging about pre season ratings.

Serious question: Who is going to be your go to WR this year? I think his performance will matter just as much to knocking off any records as Swag's.

One game winning streak... And you are bragging about it like it's the best thing ever? I guess when you are OM, you gotta try to find something to brag about.

Stringfellow really turned a corner the last 1/3 of the season. Watch what he did against Arky, MSU and Okie State. Absolutely destroyed DBs blocking and YACwise.

Adeboyejo is a Core clone while Van Jefferson is supposedly one of the most technically proficient route runners in the SEC (helps if your Dad is an NFL WR coach). Jones and Lodge will come in as subs and we won't miss a beat. Also throw in Engram who is a huge mismatch for LBs. Also there are 3 freshman that could also see playing time in garbage minutes.
