Justin Wilcox and Chuck Smith are having issues, Wilcox wants Dooley to fire Smith(WHICH IS frickING NUTS). Plus JW would be stupid to walk into that mess.
If the rumor is true, GOODBYE JUSTIN WILCOX. Chuck Smith means more to the program, IMO

Has not proved yet, IMO.
His scheme def. screwed us the last drive for LSU. Lot of 3rd down and long plays were not stopped either. That could be lack of exp./depth. He has yet to prove anything on a big boy level.

I thought he did pretty well in his 1st year. His D looked pretty damn good in the 1st half against UO, until depth played a factor in the 2nd half. I'm not going to sit here and tell you I watched every play of every UT game because I didn't. I can tell you that from what I saw of UT's defense, they looked solid.

It is starting to get out of hand. I mean damn 1 fricking year(if he does leave).
IMO without being a homer, Tennessee is still one of the top 10-15 CFB jobs in America. With Texas being in the mess they are in and possible scandals about to break, it would be fricking crazy for him to leave.

One thing is certain, Tennessee D always looks solid. Whether Papa Kiff was DC, Chavis, Wilcox!
Like I said, if rumor is TRUE. Chuck Smith is better for our program. Will not be sad if Wilcox leaves, will be super fricking pissed if Chuck Smith is let go. We will find someone to replace Wilcox, we will NOT find someone to replace Chuck Smith with those type of credentials, same as Baggett.

How do you know? Chuck Smith has never been a DL coach before this year. What does he know about developing and coaching defensive linemen? Just because he was a good player doesn't mean he's a good coach. Sounds like another Mike Singletary to me.

Slightly off-topic, but I've been hearing rumors about scandal about to break in Texass country. Anyone care to enlighten me?
As for Wilcox, he was pretty solid with Boise, and I do think he can be a good DC, but I think we need see him with more time and talent before anyone can make a final judgment.

Some sex scandal that was apparently not covered up very well. Hopefully everyone scatters, and Malcolm Brown signs with Alabama. He'll be wasted in Texas' "offense".
