Do us all a favor and cover up your vagina that's been bleeding all over the board this week. Kthx.

You do have the option of at least acting like you care more about the true involvement of your player with the killing of an innocent woman than you do about the behavior of a stranger on a message board.

I think a large portion of the Bama fan base either doesn't give a shite or is content with the fact just because Brandon Miller is good at basketball, and that's wrong.

It's unfortunate someone lost their life, but no one seems to care that the two people most directly responsible (as in evidence proving their knowing involvement) are actually in jail and will 100% be going to prison for their actions.

If Miller had actually been charged with a crime and there wasn't a mountain of evidence (that he helped provide) helping to exonerate him of what everyone on this site wants him to be guilty of, I'd agree with you. But I'm not about to crucify a kid just to satiate a media circus, and apparently the university is of the same opinion.

Back to the question in OP, if Byrne just thought it was “bad timing,” but the substance of the message was true, why hasn’t he or the University actually confirmed this position that Miller was just in the wrong place at the wrong time?

You have the option of not exploiting a woman's death to try and score internet points against Bama, but you don't seem capable of using it.

He was being the DD for a teammate who had been out drinking. Sounds like solid discipline to me.

People have more rights and privileges than some folks. A good example is a star basketball has more rights than the average Joe because it comes down to money and status with in the culture of the world.

Miller is an investment that must be protected at all cost and had he be just like anyone else then the justice system would take swift action. We must remember that these government agencies even going down to the local level have someone importance to protect because status and power moves the needle.

As George Carlin said a big club exists and me, you ain't in that club. This is why and not just with Miller the outrage from the common man continues to grow with elites, celebrities, politicians and even star sports players.

mountain of evidence

No one has confirmed whether he read the text prior to delivering the gun. If Miller “plead the 5th” on that question then that can’t be used against him in a criminal proceeding, but Alabama would certainly be within their rights to kick him out. The issue is, Alabama won’t investigate this question and is fine with remaining ignorant, or they have the answer and are choosing to conceal it. Effectively, Alabama is covering up Miller’s true involvement with the murder.

If he didn’t read the text message prior to delivering the gun his attorney almost certainly would have said so.

Uh huh. Good luck with your continued investigation, detective. Seems like you're on the verge of blowing this thing wide open! Expose the corruption!

My questioning and behavior on this topic is consistent with that of her loved ones who lost her. But yes, keep focusing on my behavior and not the behavior of the people involved with the killing of an innocent woman and the mishandling of the discipline of one who was involved with it.

Except you don't know her and don't even give a shite, outside of using it to get back at those mean Bammers that beat the dogshit out of your hawgs this year.

And you’re not Brandon Miller, Oats, Byrne, the DA, or the PD, but you sure have taken a side haven’t you?

Let me say this once and for all and I’ll just refer back to this post going forward on this question. If you want to know who I am to be asking these questions, here’s my answer.

I’m Jon fricking Ham.

Aka, a butthurt hog fan that has to fake caring about a murder victim just because he wants to see it negatively affect a conference foe's basketball team.

Looking forward to the 40 other threads per day you're going to make on this topic. Keep it up.

Can you read his heart?
