Why UGA will Dissappoint

Alot of people are right, but for the wrong reasons.
Despite popular opinion, UGA's qb will be just fine, whoever it is.
Here are the reasons UGA will shite the bed:
1- Best receiver is now out for season. Justin Scott-Wesley. Why he's gone depends on who you ask. But he gone.
2- The only kick/punt return threat UGA has is Isaiah McKenzie. He has developed an ongoing neverending hamstring injury.
3- The defensive secondary has 1 proven player, Dominick Sanders. The rest of the guys have shown they are average, to this point.
4- New Center. This may seem ridiculous, but no team has won a national championship with a first year starter at Center in the last 24 years.
5- Harder than normal schedule with Auburn and Bama from the West, more liklihood of losing a game than if we had Ole Miss and Arky.
UGA's running game and defensive front 7 are spectacular, and we'll win a bunch of ballgames, we'll finish in the top 10....
... but we just don't have the total package it takes to win the SEC, then a playoff game, followed by a NC.

Preseason excuses. This is new.

Seems like JSW is always hurt, tough for the kid. UGA will be a good team if they can keep Chubb healthy, they've had some bad luck on that front here lately.
You guys should win the East, anything less that that should be a real disappointment.

I think UGA wins 9, which will be enough to win the East.

If you think Quincy Mauger is just an average player I question your football knowledge more than I already do.
Eta: and saying Scott-Wesley is better than Mitchell is probably just as absurd.

Not saying that it's not a big blow to the talent and depth there, but I wouldn't call him our best wr.

4 & 5 are an issue, but no reason to be disappointed it's going to be hell for anyone to upset OSU in the playoffs...
This team could grow into something special or not. I am not throwing in the towel just yet.
Dawgs will inflict a lot of pain on every border state opponent.

#1JSW caught like 5 passes last year. We'll miss em but he hasnt made an impact in 2 years.Lets just keep MM healthy
#2Mckenzie would be a blow but don't think his hamstring is a "never ending" injury
#3Secondary is in MUCH better shape than last year and our pass rush will help
#4Not worried,Kumlanow will be fine
#5 Schedule does hurt but our improved depth everywhere will hopefully gets some needed experience in our opening 4 cupcake games and help carry us through.

This is the question I had about UGA.

But weren't you guy ranked a head of LSU in the SEC for WR? I thought you guys were deep?

Well there goes our hope as well.

2 cupcakes.
SC has our number and Vandy beat us two years ago in N'ville.

Your troll attempt hit a snag early on in the thread. Try to be less subtle next time.

People really considered UGA NCG material??

horseshite.... Malcome Mitchell has been hurt more than JSW.
Mitchell is a great talent, a great weapon, but he's not an every-down receiver.

Wrong 3 cupcakes
What Vandy did 2 years ago has nothing to do with this year.Game was a complete fluke and you know.
Vandy will be bad this year...no doubt in my mind.

I think it has to do with how well we did against recognized powerhouses like Missouri and Arkansas last year...
