Clemson's very existence was born out of one man's (Ben Tillman) hatred of the University of South Carolina and the planter classes in Charleston and Columbia. Their fans despise us and their own state capital. It isn't hyperbole to say that many of them would probably cheer if Columbia was flattened by a storm or burned to the ground. A good percentage of their fans are no different than the arse hat poster who ruins almost every thread he's in. These are the people we deal with every day. They are insufferable.
