He's been the same coach the entire time at LSU. I thought they were okay with his average coaching skills because of all that talent.

They shouldn't. He's done so much for that school and community. They should see if he can turn it around and maybe even give him one more year.

If you downvote my plea for the greatest coach in LSU history, then you love to gargle cock juice.

The public mood appears to be right back where it was last November.

maybe...just maybe...Wisconsin has a good football team. All of this was set up by a combination of sky-high expectations and the way LSU ended last season on a note of uncertainty.

All of LSU's goals are still attainable. I don't think they are as bad as they played this weekend. First game of the season on the road against a team known for playing smart football.

R-E-L-A-X. It gets better.

This quote represents why they should fire him.

Every year we have the same discussion surrounding LSU football. After the first game we always discuss the other QB needing to get most of the snaps next week. This has been the same for years and for the last few QB's. He needs a new QB coach! He needs a new OC. He needs to open up the playbook.

The guy don't fricking get it. Wake up!!!!

I don't know there was times his first few years I would have a panic attack they plays he would call, because they were so crazy and out of the box, but it worked and plays were made (mad hatter)it was exciting. Now boring plan whatever you wanna call it.

Wisconsin is a good team

It isn't about the loss it is about how they did it. SOS with a halftime adjustment of arse scratching

Because he blames Brandon Harris for their offensive woes when he needs to blame himself. Harris isn't great but good freaking luck to any qb in that system.

That said, I hope they go on a tear and win out (except for us of course) so their hands are again tied and they can't.

I get that, but everyone immediately jumping to fire him is being ridiculous.

What would happen? Play the rest of the season with an interim coach, waste the last year of an all-world RB, and pray that someone like Tom Herman would want to come into what is essentially a rebuild after a lost season?

LSU finishes second too much. Especially on the back end.

Who knows, maybe they were nicked?

History shows, (as far as Alabama's concerned) that it doesn't matter who's coaching LSU.
