I wouldn't equate 2010 and 2012. 8 point loss and 24 point loss are quite different.
I'd agree that the Arkansas players and coaches handled the week prior to 2012 about as well as any team could hope

Hasn't it been 7 out of 10 that LSU has won? And one year Arkansas won was 2008 and both teams sucked. As much as Arkansas wants to be relevant (Yeah, I know, I know.....arky beat lsu in 07, 08, and 10....Ole Miss beat LSU in 08 and 09 if that 
) on a national basis, it is a fact that they circle this game each year and are sky high...whereas LSU is not always sky high. The fact is that Arky has beaten LSU about a total of 2 times when the game actually mattered...and LSU has dominated the series. Hey, if I were an arkansas fan, I can't say that I wouldn't be saying the same thing....hell, what else can you say with this?

Sometimes teams lose to inferior teams........you hang your hat on a couple busted plays by one of the worst Db's in LSU's history....despite that, and despite being at home....and you claim to be the better team. There was certainly no domination like 2012....it is not characteristic for an LSU team to give up those types of plays....and despite what you will obviously say....it was just a busted play at the end of the first half.....by one of the worst defenders ever for LSU....and also a bad scheme by LSU on the play. Arkansas was basically trying to run out the clock with a safe pass. In any event, and what was sad, those busted plays allowed a team in the BCS Bowl game that has never even won a conference championship or a BCS Bowl game. The outcome was predictable, even to a team that had NEVER beaten an SEC team in a bowl game in 9 tries.

The sad thing is you actually believe LSU gets just as high for the arkansas game as arkansas does for lsu. It's a joke. You guys have NEVER won an SEC Championship....how the hell is LSU going to get as high for that game as they might for Alabama (2 NC's in 3 years), or Auburn (a few SEC Titles and a National Title recently), or a Florida (3 National titles and numerous SEC titles recently)....seriously.......LSU gets up for those games, and so does the fanbase....the rest of the games are generally strictly business. Of course, we know Arkansas has this game cricled very early.
