Why would UF look past the 2 time defending East Champs? Plus it's a road game and people are just waiting for UF to lose.

Why? Because despite their record, no one is taking Mizzou that seriously this year. They're coming off a HUGE win and have a HUGE game next week. Which opponent do you think Florida is more amped to play? Not saying it's right, just saying that's what this feels like, and sharps agree.

I'm sure it has less to do with the game than where the money was put down during the week. They're trying to make money, not predict the winner.

I have. But it's more about Florida not being there mentally than Mizzou playing a good game. This game is a sleepwalk game and why I think Mizzou will cover 6. Sharps agree.

Dumb trailer trash band wagon gator fans run out of cash?

Nice. A fan of a state with only Bass Pro Shops as a credit to its name...wants to bad mouth Gators? Beaches, pretty girls with skimpy bathing suits, awesome fishing and hunting and wildlife in nature and at clubs.

Mizzou girls are not ever accused of being pretty and usually are mistaken as boys or livestock or both. The number of meth labs exceed medical clinics and middle schools have classes titled "Incest and the Harmful Effects On Genetics". Mizzou has trailer parks where the toothless granny landlord chases the meth heads trading sex for rent. Ever watch "Kingpin" ?....filmed in Mizzou.

See, this only applies if this team is a Kentucky or Tennessee -- which were our trap games.

This is the team that beat us at home, stomped us on homecoming. You really, really think Florida isn't thinking of them right now?

Trust me, this team has been waiting for this game for a while, and there is absolutely no way Florida is looking anywhere else other than Missouri.

It's their homecoming, you know.

Obviously thinking letdown game because Mizzou has looked like shite and played shite teams and lost to the best team on their schedule

By now you should have noticed......

Mizzou football program seems to do a very good job of shaking off losses and focusing on the game at hand.

Looking ahead to a future opponent is not an excuse for losing a game.

Line started at 3.5 I believe. Betting public was on Florida moving the line higher. It got to a point where big money bettors saw a value. Big money sharps came in late with money on Mizzou.

That is how this works.

I could see UF having a little bit of a letdown after the big win last week and Mizzou keeping it close with their defense, but I really don't see Mizzou winning, and frankly, I would have taken UF even at 6, but then I'm just the "betting public" and don't actually put any money on it.

It seems like the square bet...so I didn't bite.

I think this will be a very close, low scoring game. I'd stay away from it completely honestly.

Listening to the media and the not-so-bright crowd here on the rant all week you'd think Florida would coast to a 30 point point victory. But something seemed to have changed today. Even the turd-for-brains 'experts' on Finebaum were starting to get a little concerned that the Gators might be in for a game.

I waited too long, I thought the line would continue to go up and missed out on a great bet earlier in the week. My only hope is it goes back up just before kickoff as all the drunk dumfricks in the sports books push the line back up through the day.

Home dogs at sold out venues, night game, this is a spot for the home team that has done well historically against the spread.

Mizzou does this act every year. They are gonna be a tough out because of their preseason schedule. Its a big advantage.

Drunk dumbfricks don't have enough money to move the line.

The sharps have spoken. Florida fricked, I'm afraid.

Yeah, they really nailed the line in the Ole Miss game last week. Vegas doesn't predict who wins or by how much, they just want to make money off suckers. Like the general public who thinks this is a "trap game" for UF. Mizzou dick stomped Chimp and Driskel last year, the team will not be looking past them.
