It's because you guys went all out on your cheating . Every college football fan that watches recruiting knew you guys were cheating and your coach acts like they are doing nothing wrong. He didn't even slowly work his way up to buying a couple first round picks in one class. Plus your fans have acted like everyone is just made that your team has been good and refuse to believe that your cheating. So of course we all want to see you burn.

Because they are fricking delusional. Fat, poor, racist, stupid cheaters who still didn't win shite while cheating, just like they haven't won shite any other time. And despite how obvious all of this is to everyone else, the OM coaches, administration, players, and fans just refuse to see it. What we're seeing unfold right now is a glorious trainwreck, and for some reason OM fans believe that we're laughing about it to hide our jealousy. Nope. We're just laughing about it because it's hilarious to watch your program burn to the ground. I wouldn't be jealous of OM if I was a Vandy fan.

I'll give my stock answer to this question asked by others: I'll support the Black Bears just as hard as their fans support LSU. Point being, it's not happening. I know many Black Bear fans who were absolutely giddy when LSU was going through the Jordan Jefferson mess. But Freeze does come into play, too. I have no issues with a coach ..or anyone ..having a strong faith. But when he wears it on his shoulder & openly brags about it, he's not exactly reeking of sincerity. Too...really...a 4 star black stud from the ghettos of Chicago comes to Oxford because he loves the HC? The Grove is pretty but not that pretty.

I rarely respond in Ole Miss threads, but since this thread is soliciting opinions ....
Having just relocated from Oxford, MS after living there for several years, I have nothing positive to say (apart from the generally pleasant weather, as compared to my home).
I've told others that I could write a book about the university and town--I haven't entirely dismissed the idea of doing so--but I'm not sure anyone would truly believe my account.
You find the place to your liking, but don't be surprised that the majority of the socialized populace does not.
Before moving to Mississippi I was told the state is 50 years behind the times.
I can now definitively say that number was far too generous.
