Tsk, tsk.

UK football pre Joker was consistently in the Top 25 in attendance in the country. Next to South Carolina fans they had one of the most loyal fans in losing eras. Try asking any national college football broadcaster over 50.

It's still the same.

Contrary to the popular opinion, St. Louis has supported the Rams exceedingly well despite the worst 10 year run in NFL history (zero home blackouts). We also supported the football Cardinals before that at a 95% capacity rate for their 30 year run.

Let's be honest though, St. Louis' passion is reserved for Cardinals and UK's is for their basketball team.

What you are really saying is that all fans support their teams 100% when they are winning and those numbers dwindle when they are losing. Happens to all teams in all sports at all times.
I don't really see a point here. Even LSU's stadium empties out at half time when they are losing, and they are one of the more passionate fanbases.

Yes. Cardinal Nation = Big Blue Basketball Nation because errbody loves a winner.

Other sports vie for the support / passion leftovers.
