Would have much rather had Clemson in the SEC than Missouri.

That makes being here much more gratifying.

I don't think anyone is making excuses for those losses. In fact we are assigning blame, if anything

Meanwhile y'all keep pretending that UK game didn't happen and that one win vs USCjr means you are elite again

Mizzou has 2 SEC Division titles since it joined the conference 4 years ago.

Arkansas has 2 wins against SEC East opponents in the same 4 years.

It's because you don't get respect for beating them because they are good sometimes but not great. It's like playing Boise state a few years ago.you look bad if you lose but gain nothing by winning.

How conservative were they playing against UK??

They were not conservative or wide open in that game. Mauk was the QB, it was just a train wreck. That simple. I would say it would be easy to imagine if Lock had started that game, the outcome would have been different. But remind me again who was Mizzou's QB that beat the Hogs last year? I think his initials was MM or something like that.

Luckily, we now have our backup true freshman QB in place and has restored order and respect to our offense by soundly beating USCe with an ultra conservative offense.

Neither team has been great. If both teams elevate their play it could become a rivalry very quickly. Need some match-ups where both teams are highly ranked to get some juice to it.

Congrats. I believe you are 1-1 in the SEC this season. Just like we are. I could be wrong

I'm going to be bold and say your response will not involve any sort of outlook or predictions for the 2015 Missouri Tigers. That's OK. I'm sure whatever you will post instead will be very witty

I still say borders make great rivals. Hogs really have the potential to be the Tigers big rival. Gators already have UGA and Vols in line ahead of Mizzou.

Porker, you took a shot at us in your crack about playing conservatively against Kentucky. We have a different QB now. I made no excuses for that loss - Kentucky was the better team that night and they had a huge game. We were uninspired, unfocused and did not deserve to win.

I still believe that if we replayed that game with Lock as QB we would win. No way to know. We are not as good or experienced this year as the last couple. But we are not a trash program.

Your perpetual hard-on for all things Mizzou and Missouri is just embarrassing. Pay attention to your own mess.

You all inched closer to Tennessee( 6 SEC wins) for 3rd least SEC conference wins over the last 4 years. You all now have 5. Congrats on your win.

Yeah, I'm tired, have a headache and am not in the proper mindset for tRant. I momentarily forgot what he is.

I think we've covered this in the past and the only one who thinks Mizzou is a rival of arKansas is porker. He's been told repeatedly we denied his rivalry status with Mizzou, but here he is again in a Mizzou related thread.

It's because we know that even if they win the East, they'll never win the big game.

Ahh, well, thankfully Kentucky took it to 'em this year and put them in their place.

Thanks!! I watched that pitiful excuse for a baseball game in Atlanta this afternoon with maybe 5,000 other people. Now I'm tired.

I'm gonna let ya'll handle the BS tonight.

Re: OP. I feel the same. Meh, honestly, we have three rivals (one fading into 11 obscurity).
And they are needy of attention, which makes them a little pathetic IMO.

I'm sure that response is hilarious, but I couldn't read it over the sound of you validating my assertion that you are a shite poster
