REC, school that sells itself, weak East schedule, and lucky Breaks when it comes to NC games. You take that away you get Saban pre-bama.

They are not a historically great program. Very good, but not on the same scale as Bama. Saban has found the program in Bama that mirrors his demand for excellence...nothing else will do.
We just have more of the want.
