This is surprising. With the talent level we see year after year, I'm surprised at their recent bowl results.

January 1, 2010 Capital One Bowl
Penn State 19 - LSU 17

January 7, 2011 Cotton Bowl Classic
LSU 41 - Texas A&M 24

January 9, 2012 BCS National Championship Game
Alabama 21 - LSU 0

December 31, 2012 Chick-Fil-A Bowl
Clemson 25 - LSU 24

Is this just an anomaly or is there a bigger problem with the coaching staff when preparing for big games? Another two bowl losses and they are sitting at 22-22-1 overall, while Ole Miss has a record of 22-12. The current struggles began once Saban's recruits were gone from the program. I doubt that has anything to do with it, but very little makes sense here.

Shouldn't you be administering the gump board instead of pissing off LSU fans! RA'd for trolling

Les' wife gives him his cereal on a plate. If she put it in a bowl, he'd lose it.

LSU has a better overall bowl win percentage than all but four SEC teams (Ole Miss, Bama, Georgia, and Auburn.) Technically even better than Tennessee's by a fraction of a percentage point, and UT has a somewhat better history of overall success. I don't see any real problem.

Where are you getting your numbers, btw? I see 22-21-1 myself.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a horrible overall record. My question is why the recent problems when the team is stacked to the rafters with talent?

Penn St was just a horrible game. Patrick Peterson getting burned by 5'6 white dudes.

AM we handled pretty well.

Then we ran into a Bama team who not only wanted a crystal but wanted revenge.

And Clemson wanted that game more than us, an quite frankly the coaches shat the bed by not giving JH33 the ball once in the 4th quarter.

Because were terrible. Our run game, passing game, blocking, defense and special teams are a joke. We suck. Chalk us up as a win.
