Trying to dog on Fournette and McCaffrey? I don't blame either one and Fournette hasn't been healthy for a while...did they seen him play lately?

Also, both Comm are a little gay for Michigan!

Because Booger quit on his team. He didn't even attend the senior banquet for his teammates

Buga didn't love LSU the way Cook and others love theirs.

They deserve it. You don't quit on your team. Peppers deserves all of the criticism going his way too.

At least we have a new verb in the English language: "Fournette" (v.) : to quit on your team's final game to protect yourself.

Also can be used in real life, non- football situations:

"I was going to help my mother and split some firewood for her cold home, but I decided to fournette her, so I wouldn't get any splinters."

So, tell us.. what don't you "blame" them for? Quitting? Thinking of themselves first? Bad sportsmanship? Flashing Rolexes, etc.?

Where do you think it will end? If the bowl game is meaningless, how about the last 4 games of the season after a couple of early season losses? How about the last 6 games for all the draft eligible players on the team?

The bigger question is... why are people like you still making lame excuses for indefensible behavior? You would be all over any Alabama player who did this wouldn't you...

Barnett will not go third overall

He had far more to gain by playing in this game than any of the players mentioned in the OP have to gain by playing in their bowl. Too much risk and I don't blame Fournette at all for choosing to forgo this meaningless game to ready himself for the NFL and his daughters future.

According to who? Not even his coach has confirmed this. It is just a commonly repeated excuse by you collective fan base. No doctor's report etc. has said this. It may be a hurt but in the posterior after being shut down at Alabama again. I suggest LSU just SU about this. It cannot be excused.

He's had a high ankle sprain all season.

Why does this anger you so much? You must be really into LSU football.

I wish he had not signed with an agent but not playing in a meaningless game in which you are not healthy...I don't blame him.

Just wait...the new playoffs have caused these games to mean very little. More players will be sitting out in the future.

He heard a good sales pitch and got caught up. Im not denying that. But it wouldnt have been an issue if he wasnt hurt.
