Big and bad, then soft and silly. Reminds me of a certain team.

Which LSU safety was in during that part of the game? I really can't remember...

I know Eric Reid and Craig Loston had both gotten hurt at sometime during the game.

852 yards in 2 games and the greatest defense ever is in need of a makeover. Fickle fickle.

Loston was the one that got posterized on that particular play. Reid was burnt to a crisp in the first quarter but AJ over threw Cooper by 5 yards

ya'll are the bunch of sissies who can't even bear to talk about a legitimate weakness brought up by one of your own. Girls night indeed - your crimson tide is definitely flowing. Heavy, heavy flow.

ETA: the fact that Vinnie played last year over Ha-Ha is proof it's scheme not talent.

Closing speed, pretty important for a safety. Collins has it , Vinnie doesn't.

Against a spread I am not sure that you don't want 3 safeties and 3 CBs. Leave Mosely on the field and 4 rushers.

Speaking of LC, what's his girlfriend up to these days? Still working for the AD? Moved on to a starter?

We have 3 freshman playing db this year...Jalen Collins, Jalen Mills and Micah Eugene. Eric Reid played a shite ton as a freshman as did Chad Jones. I guess LSU plays its young guys at DB and bama doesn't. ? Not to forget Mathieu, Simon, Patrick Peterson.

Freshman in this complicated defense.
Safety is among the least complicated positions to play in Saban's defense.

My guess on Collins is Saban wants him to play more physical. Collins is a bit soft right now.

He'd better be the starting safety next year. I'm tired of seeing Sunseri getting beat in pass coverage.

Saban knows his dad doesnt coach there anymore, right?

Again, this team needs more speed on defense and a top edge pass rusher. Saban and Smart really needs to make a full-court press to get Nkemdiche to Bama.

Bit of a long shot. He doesn't fit well in a 3-4 defense

He threw it before he wanted to. We were coming with pressure

Not going to happen. Dude just doesnt want to play in a 3-4 and with his brother blowing up at OM he'll end up there.

Saban did it to punish his mom.

And you.
