UGA isn't the problem, no one knows how to rehabilitate these kids like Auburn. You cannot thrust a young man into downtown or "The Strip of Tuscaloosa. That's not what rehabbing is about. That'd be like taking a recovering alcoholic to the Jack Daniels distillery. Much like the "Twelve Step" process of achieving sobriety Auburn has learned to educate these young men in a open classroom setting where they can learn from one another.

Tennnasse was paying for escorts to get players. LINK They helped lure recruits to Tennessee. That's what put them on probation.

reform: give them drugs that don't cause a failed drug test, yet. Only test once a year and warn them when its coming.

This is false. Kiffie incurred 6 secondary violations during his time at UT, a very low number for a large football program. One of them was for the escorts, but neither one nor six secondary violations puts anyone on probation.
